Clinical Study for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Excess Weight
Researchers are studying an investigational injectable medication to see whether it can help improve symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults who are also living with obesity. Take the survey to find out if you prequalify.
Who can take part?
Living with OSA can mean constant fatigue, disrupted sleep, and feeling like nothing truly helps. These studies are designed for adults who may be seeking new options and want to help advance future treatment possibilities.
You, or someone you care for, may be able to take part if you/they:
- are 18 years of age or older
- have been diagnosed with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
- are obese (have a BMI of 27 or higher)
Inclusive research helps lead to better treatments for everyone. This study encourages participation from individuals across different communities, backgrounds, and experiences to help ensure results reflect the full range of people living with obstructive sleep apnea.
What will this study involve?
This study will last up to 88 weeks (a little under 2 years), including screening and follow-up visits. Participants receive all study-related care at no cost from trained doctors and healthcare providers.
